Giving a present to our business partner sometimes will be the most appropriate things to do. It really can help our relation with them. No matter how good they are and how bad are we, this is something that can make our bonding more better on the top of all.
Planning to give them promotional items maybe can help us specially of the items is unique and attractive. I myself have to admit that sometimes promotional items is more attractive than a "high class" item.
