Tankless water heater

Tankless water heaters function differently from standard water heaters – a water flow sensor controls the water flow into the heater. It will eliminate storage losses and work more efficiently than tankless electric water heaters.

Since a tankless water heater does not store hot water, the chance of bacteria growth is lessened. On the other hand, tankless heater works in better efficient as water is heated on demand. The best part is a tankless gas water heater has a life span of 10 to 15 years.
