Right thing and the right time.

I never have a dream to involve myself with call center before. But since I have a friend that expose myself to that industry, I noticed that this is good and interesting business.

Actually, I also found that every company should have their own call center. This is because if they can provide a high level services, the more impression they will get. Customer is always right, and that's why they should give the right thing and the right time.
