Need a big run today on the treadmill. It's been 2 months since my last routine at the gym. Gosh... I am failed to follow the schedule that have been provided by my instructor.
As for a re-start, I must focus on my belly fat. It so annoy to see my own belly. So what I am going to do now is focus on my work out. I hope there will be a different within this week as I want to make it as a motivation.
Sometimes, it's not about other people or the food itself, but it's about ourself. Always believe in yourself.. and everything will be okay.
