Minibike.

If you have a land like what you can get at North Carolina land for sale, what will you do on that land?

Will you sell it for the higher price in the future?
Will you rent it?
Or will you consider to built a theme park for families?

As for me, I will develope the land for my own theme park. And this theme park is special for kids to show their talent in racing. I will built a track so that the kids can race with their mini car and their mini bike.

Man.. that's totally awesome. Nobody did it before!
